Our Packing Facility & Operations
Gayndah Packers is a well-established packing facility located in Gayndah, Queensland. We specialise in processing high-quality citrus supplied by local growers through an approved supplier program, with fruit proudly marketed under the trusted Gaypak brand.

In addition, we pack fruit for non-grower members and external organisations, marketing under their own brands while maintaining the same rigorous quality assurance and food safety management systems. All fruit is processed as a whole product and includes mandarins, lemons, limes, oranges and grapefruit.

Our facility is equipped with two modern optical grading lines, utilising advanced MAF and COMPAC technology. These state-of-the-art graders ensure accurate sizing, colour sorting and quality assessment, allowing fruit to be packed to precise customer specifications. Operated by trained and experienced staff, our grading systems support consistent quality, efficient throughput and the highest standards of presentation and food safety.
